Back again in 2019 is the great event village. The European School of Osteopathy who will be providing FREE post race massages. There will be a great range of refreshments, fab cakes from Caking Mad Bakery, much needed refreshment from Café2u and a tasty range of hot food from CeeCees Catering.

The event will be using the very latest electronic chip/transponder timing. The event is fully licensed and certified with all results being submitted to runbritain rankings and the Power of 10.

They will be providing a live feed onto the Sporting Events UK website for results – so cross the line and your result goes live!

There are prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd male and female,1st Male and Female VET40, 50 and 60 and a team prize (three to score).

ADVANCED ENTRIES OPEN UNTIL 10AM 12TH OCTOBER. ON THE DAY ENTRIES WILL BE AVAILABLE 8:30AM – 9:30AM ON THE 13TH OCTOBER SUBJECT TO SPACE.

Under UK Athletics rules the minimum age for this race is 17 years on the day.
