Join thousands of others runners, joggers and walkers for the 12th annual Medway Mile.

The 12th annual Medway Mile will take place on Friday 19 July 2019 at Rochester Castle. The Medway Mile is a free, mass participation action-packed event.

Offering all participants a chance to get active and with so many different events and activities taking place during the day, there really is something for everyone.

This year’s Medway Mile offers:

• a mass mile
• free sporting activities and tasters
• inflatables
• arts and crafts and face painting
• a competitive adult race (registration is separate for this race)
• children’s races include under 5s
• Parent and toddler fun run, 5 to 7 years
• Sprint races, 8 to 11 years
•  track races (on the night registration only)
• mascot race (to register email medwaysport@medway.gov.uk)
• live sporting entertainment
• fireworks finale
